How to set 3G setting for BSNL India in Samsung Galaxy 5

Hi

I would like to know where to set 3G settings in Galaxy 5 (not S)

I use BSNL , India.

I was able to activate wifi, but i need to know how to activate 3G or normal GPRS settings on this phone.

i think Vlingo works only if its connected to internet. so to use it i am luking to connect to internet.
