How to show battery percentage in battery icon.

    Swipe down the notifications panel. Once open, swipe again until you see the toggles. Then tap and hold on the settings cog. You will be taken to the Settings app and it will notify you that the System UI Tuner has been added. Then enable the option to show embedded battery percentage.

    Drop from top 2 times till the little dropdownmenu pops out, hold the little settings button for 5 times, go back, another menu is added to settings called system ui tuner, there you find the percentage setting

    It works, but the numbers are so small that they are hard to see.

  4. I don't get why % isn't a standard feature or at least have a standard menu toggle... It's 2016.

    @jasonthebiscuit, I know, its very hard to see unless you drop down the menu.. Hopefully in android n this feature will be ok..

    So far there hasn't been any changes on Android N.

    @intrdrgn I noticed.. But there's still hope, the final version might have tis problem solved. It would actually suprise me if they didnt..

    i agree @Strazil hopefully they can make some changes. i like the one that cm12.1 has where you can change the battery symbol as well.

    @intrdrgn i took a look, idd some nice features.. But i'm looking forward to android N, thinking about testing the developers version on my nexus 6p
