Brazil
I'm working on a flashable file to solve problems with the camera, in the CM13 and CM14.1 ROMs. And, also, the patch of survival for the Xposed are included.

L70-w5_(patch_to fixing rear cam for BR f8 variants_add GPS NTP Servers)[TuksOID].7z

This patch does not replace your "build.prop". Just search and change the lines laid out below. Don't worry!

"build.prop" changes for Brazilian users:

ro.product.name=w5
ro.product.locale=pt-BR
ro.com.android.dateformat=yyyy-MM-dd (I like this format because it helps me in my file organizations!)

Added Brazilian NTP Servers:
NTP servers "gps.ntp.br" and "pool.ntp.br" has also been added to D325f8 device for Brazilian users.

L70-w5_(patch_to fixing rear cam for any f8 variants)[TuksOID].7z

This patch does not replace your "build.prop". Just search and change the lines laid out below. Don't worry!
(only xposed survival, no NTP server changes):

"build.prop" changes:

ro.product.name=w5
ro.com.android.dateformat=yyyy-MM-dd

Note: All flashable zip below can be used for any user of w5 devices.

L70-w5_CM13_CM14.1(Set SElinux to Permissive Mode)[TuksOID].7z

After applying the patch, SElinux will be set to permissive mode.
BusyBox, SuperSU, are pre-requsites to survive the permissive mode, without need to recompile the Kernel.

L70-w5_CM13_CM14.1(Revert SElinux to Enforce Mode)[TuksOID].7z
After applying the patch, SElinux will be reverting to enforce mode.

system-Apps (for ROM_complement) GoogleDevices_Restored CM11 Calculator[TuksOID].7z
Note: Optional Patch with dBloat.

dbloat removes:
"/system/app/BasicDreams",
"/system/app/ExactCalculator",
"/system/app/Galaxy4",
"/system/app/HoloSpiralWallpaper",
"/system/app/NoiseField",
"/system/app/PhaseBeam",

Added apps:
/system/app/CM11Calculator2
/system/app/GooglePDFviewer
/system/app/WiFi.WalkieTalkie

/system/priv-app/GoogleDevices
/system/priv-app/oAndBackup

Xposed Flashable Apps:
Xposed_Apps(for Official FrameWork)[TuksOID].7z
Xposed_Apps(for Magisk FrameWork)[TuksOID].7z

L70-w5_(bootanimation and media_bonus)[TuksOID].7z
BONUS:
bootanimation and ringtones :)

NOTE:
If it does not work for you. Don' worry! You no need to format anything. Only reflash the same CM again and you will return to the state before the patches application.

And I face problems that do not have the knowledge to solve. As you face them!

The CM14.1 does not make your smartphone warm up like the CM13 did.
The battery charge life is more durable.
The performance is much higher (more fluid).

It is now recommended to migrate from CM13 to Official CM14.1 NIGHTLY.
I put the CM14.1 for daily use! I am a happy user! :)

Try set SElinux to permissive mode.

L70-w5_CM13_CM14.1(Set SElinux to Permissive Mode)[TuksOID].7z

To solve the problem of light flares, try the "build.prop" patch.

L70-w5_(patch_to fixing rear cam for any f8 variants)[TuksOID].7z

Extract the 7z file and flash the zip file using the TWRP recovery.

I only found these two possibilities. That worked on three devices. Including access problem with the camera was solved with this flashscript in CM14.1. But I'm waiting for the bug fixes to put it in everyday use.

Ex: Dual SIM, is not working in my d325f8. The text editor CMfileManager gives error. BT does not connect. Etc...

What can I tell you?

You have to be pushy when it comes to being a tester, otherwise, you should remain in the version that worked for you.

Do bkp ...
Do the test...
Resulted in failure?
Restore the bkp.

Perseverance, keeps us on the deal. Good luck!

Could you make a patch that uninstall the CM apps like hello browser, Email??

Remove and/or add from the list below the apps to be removed.

dbloat will remove:
("/system/app/Email",
"/system/app/Exchange2",
"/system/app/Calendar",
"/system/app/CMFileManager", (Suggest: Amaze.FileManager)
"/system/app/DeskClock", (Alarm)
"/system/app/ExactCalculator",
"/system/app/Gello", (Browser)
"/system/app/LatinIME", (keyb)
"/system/app/messaging", (SMS Messenger)
"/system/app/BasicDreams",
"/system/app/CMWallpapers",
"/system/app/Galaxy4",
"/system/app/HexoLibre", (Theme)
"/system/app/HoloSpiralWallpaper",
"/system/app/NoiseField",
"/system/app/PhaseBeam",
"/system/app/PicoTts", (GoogleTTS comes with nano GAPPS)
"/system/tts",
"/system/priv-app/Dialer","/system/priv-app/Telecom",
"/system/priv-app/Trebuchet", (Use Google Pixel Launcher)

I will put the Google Pixel Nexus Launcher and Amaze File Manager to not break the system by the absence of a Launcher. You will need, besides the nano GAPPS, a new browser.

Topic Updated:

  • Xposed apps were taken from the Flashable system-apps file.
  • New Flashable files have been created with Xposed Apps for Official Framework and for Magisk FrameWork.

The CM14.1 does not make your smartphone warm up like the CM13 did.
The battery charge life is more durable.
The performance is much higher (more fluid).

Are you asking me??
If that's the fact so much thank you

Mmm From the apps above I only want keep the Easter Egg and the update manager,

To be honest i prefer the Google services

I would prefer the GBoard instead of AOSP keyboard; Clock, Phone, messages and the calendar for Google instead of the AOSP apps

If you can only make a patch that uninstall AOSP I guess I could install the Google phone app and everything else from play store

If you can make a patch like that would be amazing :):)

You know that removing apps from the system and installing another from the Play Store will not free up space for other apps.
Ex: Massaging is smaller, since Google Messenger takes up more space.

Installations from the Play Store will occupy the internal memory space (/data partition). What is removed by dBloat will free up space only on the system partition (/system partition).

The DeskClock in the AOSP and GOOLE versions are similar (with equal functions). And, its removal does not cause problems. But,
You will run out of keyboard;
No dialer;
Without a Messenger;
You will not be able to type in your Play Store search.

I can do it and I'll send the link by MP.
Be warned that it will only serve for testing.

Please! Check the list again!
I'm waiting for another return of you to start.

Tip: opengapps aroma installer replaces everything you want.
It removes apps based on other systems and installs Google APPS pools as you customize.

It's worth the try. I have not played with the Aroma Installer for a long time.

I was facing the option of use one of the bigger gapps, aroma sounds the best option, thanks!
Mmm yeah I've checked again

Well i want the telephonyprovider, teleservice, telecom as im not sure if they get replaced in the gapps and i want to call LOL (I only know one of them give access to the app for calling)

The same with calendar provider and exchange2, i've known they gives the services for calendar and mail apps

I'm not really sure, If you can confirm they are necessary, if not, I dont want them

Also I want to keep
Easter Egg
Eleven
UpdateManager

Thanks again!! I'll be glad testing this since I finish doing everything i told you manually from LinkSD I'll save a lotta time

Hello all and good day to you.

Long story short.

I flashed my D325f8 with cm13 nightly and only one thing went wrong. :-(

Now the task manager does not pop up when "long touching" home button. Instead it takes me to google search. other than that, home key works fine(I can feel the vibrate when I am touching it)

Then I flashed back to stock rom using LG flash tool and now in the stock ROM too, the same problem exists. that is the task manager does not come up with long touch of home button but instead it takes me to google search.

Somebody please help me to correct this. I am kind of helpless right now.. :-( :-(

Back Button continues Back
Back Button (long or two press) --> close app
Home Button --> Back to the home
Home Button (two press) --> open task manager Ex: AOSP
Home Button (long press) --> open task manager
List Task Button --> open options menu
List Task Button (long Press) --> open Google Search
Sim Card Switch Button --> open camera app
Sim Card Switch Button (long press) --> open camera app
Power Button (two press) --> open camera app
Power Button + Vol down Button (simultaneously) --> take screenshot

It varies depending on the ROM installed and its default settings.

If that does not work, you may have placed the wrong "aboot.bin" file on your device.
Search aboot.bin.

This is not the correct topic for solving your problem.
Find some or create a specific topic for help.

Here are some tips that can help you.

But the problem that you described, sounds to me as an installation without clearing dalvik, cache and date.
Tip: Make TWRP backup and clean install through (wipe: dalvik, cache, date, and system).
Install the rom. You can install CM14.1.

Thank you very much ClauvanPdST for replying me.

I know this is not the correct place. But that "home long press" launched the task manager before flashing to cm13 and this was related to D325f8. That is why I thought may be I should post my problem here and I am a noob to android. Please forgive me if this made you guys any uncomfortable.

All the things you mentioned on your reply works fine except "long press home button" does not bring me to task manager.

EDIT : Task manager works with the "Long press list task button" :-D :-D :-D .. OMG I cannot believe my eyes.. Thank you so so so much for giving me a hint.
