How to stop auto call recording..?

Am using android 4.1.1 OS phone and from past few days, it started recording all the incoming and outgoing calls. I just want to stop these function in my mobile as I don't want the same.

Please can any one help me to sort my problem..??

The thing is all the recordings are getting saved in my phone storage and occupying some the spaces.

If you know which app is doing the recording, easiest thing would be to disable it (Settings .. Apps .. All tap the app name then tap the Disable button)
