Help How to stop data usage pop-up display?

Hi forum members,

I am using Samsung Galaxy Nexus and using the 3G services from my network provider.

I get an annoying pop-up display often in my phone info regarding how much data was used. Something like this:

Usage made: 0.04MB. You have: 1848.87 MB left in your account. Valid up to 24 May 2012

Sometimes when I get calls, I have to click "OK" some 10 times before I can answer the phone, REALLY ANNOYING and i found no way to block this message from appearing.

I have also switched off the data usage in the mobile settings, but still facing the issue.

Can you please guide me to get rid of this?

i've never seen this on my unlocked GSM GNex running on at&t...

Can you raise the limit bar in the data usage settings?

I think if you go into settings > data usage - and uncheck "set data limit" you should stop getting pop ups. I don't see anything else that could cause it.... unless you are on Verizon in the US and maybe the My Verizon app has a usage warning?
