how to stop notices on facebook from farmville on optimus lg

I play farmville on facebook. I keep getting farmville notices and would like them to stop. I have a optimus lg

log into Facebook not from your phone... from there you can hide or stop any notices but to stop it completetly you may need to stop playing the game....you agree to the notices when you allowed it to happen in the agreement when you started playing.

This is not an android issue but a facebook one. The Android app isn't enough to stop the notices
