A photo is a physical thing - light comes through the lens of the camera, etc. You can't take a photo of a picture file in the phone. If the coupon is, say, a jpg file, it's already a "photo". (An email is just text - the coupon would be an attchment, which would save as a file.)

If you want a photo so you can print the coupon, you already have. If you want the photo to send it to someone, send them the coupon file itself.
