How to take moving object photo

I'm using an off-branded phone which has a 10 MP Rear and 3 MP Front Camera. My problem is that I can't take photos of moving objects,it comes blurry and fuzzy.

I've 1.2 GHz Quad Core Processor and 4.2 Rooted Android.

NOTE: I'm using Camera Zoom FX app too.

Have you tried prefocusing before taking your shot?

I know Camera Zoom FX has a touch to focus option, try manually focusing by touching an area of the screen before you take your picture, see if that improves things (it's worked for me in the past).
