How to take the photo's on camera from android emulator?

I have searched long time for how to take the photo's on camera from android emulator. But I didn't find how to do. Somebody said access the web cam and take the live photo's on camera from android emulator. But I can't get clear idea. Can anyone tell me How to do this?
