Help How to transfer an APP from A51 to A52 or A53?

There's a nice app[ called "PLT Hub" which is on my A51, and it is no longer available in the Play Store. Using Syncios Transfer, have backed up all apps from the A51 to my Mac. BUT the apps convert from a name to folder listings with a bizarre code, similar to hex.

Using Android File Transfer, there's no folder called Applications.

I know that one can download "apk" from websites, but that doesn't always work

I know it make not operate if transferred, but how does one transfer a single App from one phone to another?

But I only want to transfer the one app. Smart Switch and others seem they transfer all. Is there a transfer app in which you can select only one app?
