How to transfer video from Galaxy S droid to Mac?

My friend has some video on her T-Mobile/Samsung/Galaxy S that I want to transfer to my desktop Mac.

I did this before with my own droid by hitting "Mass Storage" under settings. But when I did this with hers, it didn't work.

Can anyone help here? Much appreciated!

She has to put the files where your Mac can see them. Connect the phone to the MAc and see what you can see from it. Then, in the phone, move or copy the videos to one of the places you can see. Then you can copy them to the Mac.

There are several ways to do this.
Easiest in my opinion is to use online storage as a 'middle man'. You could use an account with Dropbox or Google Drive.
