How to turn off while at school?

I'm kind of a noob to Tasker but I set up contexts for the times I go to school and the days of the week and I was going to add my schools location but I want to be battery efficient... What would be the best approach? And there probably isn't a way to do an exit task right? Because the phone can't check the location if it's off right? Thanks in advance

You're right about the exit task - if it's off, it's off. As an alternative you could silence it and set it to airplane mode, which should prevent it interrupting you and keep power usage down, but could be exited.

The most battery efficient way of doing a location is the "cell near" list. Much less accurate than GPS, but very little power drain and combined with the day/time information may be good enough unless you are likely to be in the same area on days when you don't want it to be active (e.g. the holidays). If you live near the school you might want to use a more accurate method though.

Okay, its not a big deal if i must turn it back on manually and i can use the wifi near, because my school has wifi. So tasker will only turn off or silent or whatever, only if its that time, on that day, near this wifi right? Or how many of those comtexts must be active?
