How to unistall or disable Samsung Notes

This app is giving me a headache by constantly stopping and temporarily freezing my Note 8. Samsung does not allow it to be uninstalled or disabled and it runs in the background even though I have now stopped using it. Does anyone know how to uninstall or disable it and if there are any dependencies that will be affected?

To answer your question , the easiest way to disable or uninstall system apps without an option provided in the system OS itself is with root access.

Why not try force stop, clear catche and then reboot instead. If that doesn't work then repeat the process and clear data.
