I get a lock and I can't get anywhere Plus I have wi fi and it says none

1) Do you mean that the locker (the first thing you see when you turn the phone on) is locked? Or that the phone is locked to one carrier?
2) Do you have wifi enabled in the phone? Can you see your wifi signal from some other device (a laptop or desktop)?
3) Is Airplane mode off?
