how to unroot droid

    Kind of a noobish question, but what do you benefit from unrooting your android phone? Is it like the iPhones jailbreaking?

    err, no. ROOTING would be the equivalent of jailbreaking, unrooting means to bring it back to "out-of-the-box" state. As for the benefits of rooting, just look around, I'm pretty sure someone started a thread asking the same question not too long ago.

    edit: and there's a saying, if you need to ask what the benefits of rooting are, then you probably shouldn't do it.
