How to update to 1.6??

I just did update with APN, then it said completed.

but it still 1.5. how to update?

someone tell me step by step?

OK first, take a deep breath.

these are things your going to need.

Samsung drivers (either for win xp/vista/or win 7)
ODIN (application for flashing roms)
1.6 OEM rom (the rom that tmobile was give out over the network)

All of these things can be found in the "All things rooted" section


Here are the steps in plain vanilla.
Install samsung drivers so your phone can connect to your computer.
Put your phone on debug mode.
Download odin and 1.6 oem rom.
Learn how to put your phone into download mode.
Follow instructions for flashing with ODIN (found in the All things rooted section)
after you press start in odin, dont touch the phone until ODIN says "PASS" in green, or maybe it says "OK"

and then enjoy the new world of 1.6!!!
