What phone or tablet do you have?
Is Lollipop even available for your device?
Galaxy Note 3
What carrier or model number?
Have you been checking for updates in your settings?
Have you tried via KIES?
Alternatively, you can download here: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-N9002/
how can use KIES to ypgrade to Lollipop
See if this guide will help.
Sorry, link was to long. Had to make tiny.
1.Unzip the downloaded firmware zip file on your computer.
3.Reboot your Galaxy Note 3 in download mode (Volume Down+Power+Home).
4.Connect your Galaxy Note 3 via USB cable to your computer and wait for Odin to recognize it (a blue box should appear next to ID:COM).
5.Make sure onlyAuto-RebootandF.Reset Timeare checked in Odin.
6.Make sureRe-Partition is not checked.
6.5 If you're experiencing an ext4 error message, you need to download the correct PIT file for your device (Google your model number and "PIT file" to find one). Then checkRe-Partition, click on thePit tab and then thePIT button and locate the file. Then continue.
7. Click theAPbutton and locate the tar.md5 file in the unzipped firmware file and hitStart.
8.Wait patiently until the procedure ends and do not disconnect your Note 3. It may take a while.
9.You should see a green PASS message when successful.
10.Once your Galaxy Note 3 restarts, you should be running Android 5.0 Lollipop.
you mean i must use only the odin without the kies ??? or what
