My Metro S5 is having a problem, and the SIM card is not being recognized. Had to switch the card twice, and now the phone indicates there's a new SIM card and it won't let me into the Visual Voicemail app to read my many VMs.

Using Android File Transfer many folders are seen. Where are the voicemails stored? Dopn't see them, but Metro claims they are stored in the phone.

    Thank you.
