So, I just cracked the case on how to use any prepaid giftcard from the choices they give at Google Checkout like AMEX, Visa, etc...
When registering the giftcard on Google Checkout, it asks for a name. Just type in "Gift Card" and then finish the rest.
Until now, I could not get the gift card to validate and work. However, after using that name, it accepts it.
