Help How to use my Backflip to provide internet for my desktop

I'm new to android and want to know how i can use my phone to provide my desktop with an internet connection

simple, get the tethering plan to start, then I believe there is a hotspot feature in the wireless settings (it has been a while since I had my backflip, so I can't remember where it is exactly).
