    oh you have to install a 3rd party app to do this?

    There is another way to do it.
    Just put the file on your devive, play it with the mp3 player and
    press 'your hearing'... press menu, press use as... ringtone

    It should be like this... my menu is in in dutch so is tried to transalate it :eek:

    Yes, or you can root and place them in the proper folders so they appear on the list. Small things such as this is a pain in andriod!
