Help ..HTC Amaze Battery Drainage Problem...

Hi everyone. I have a problem with the battery life. when I updete my amaze to android 4.0.3 after this the everytime getting hot and getting down very quickly. how can resolve this problem ? thank you for helping.

Hi dj. I don't know if this is the case for you but often after a major update it takes a factory reset to set things right. It happened to me and has happened to many. I guess it's impossible to write an update that will take everyone's phone and app scenarios into consideration. If all else fails for you in solving your problem, a reset is definitely the ticket. It will factory fresh your phone and then replacing your wanted market apps will marry with the updated OS as you add them... making the phone run faster and more efficient.
Be certain if you follow this path that you back up or save all things precious to you from your phone to PC or cloud etc. A factory reset will remove everything and take the phone back to brand new state. Best of luck...

thank you for helping olbriar I did it but problem still continuing. but I noticed and tried if I turn mobile network off. than i can use the phone all day even half of day I played game and wifi also was working and almost 25 hour I used my amaze. but if I turn mobile network on i can use the phone 15 hour. without play game and without wifi.
Do you have any idea for this ?

Keeping Mobile network on will drain the battery faster. You may want to turn off your autosync settings and also consider using Juice Defender OR Greenify apps to save battery life.

I downloaded the Greenify. it looks very helpful yet. because it puts hiberhate mode the unused programs. if problem will continuing I will write again. thank you very much olbriar.

I could not tried yet because I in turkey and my phone is from another county. I will try later. thak you for helping.
