HTC asks for user feedback via facevook

    As the title suggests really!

    I haven't seen this in the news on this site yet but in a similar way to Motorola did the other week, HTC are asking customers what they like/dislike/want from HTC.

    So far most people seem to be saying better batteries, unlocked boot loaders, more frequent updates and there are a few calls for kickstands on European devices.

    Have you commented? What did you say?

    What would you tell HTC if you haven't already?

    My boss complained about the customer service via the HTC UK FB page and was given the direct number of the Customer Services Director, got his problem sorted and was given a free bluetooth headset.

    Not fussed about the 2.3 update, but I'd like to ask them why they didn't deploy patches to all the handsets that have had issues caused by 2.2.1. I'd also like to know if an official, higher capacity battery is ever going to happen.
