The light beneath my leftmost button - Call - was dead from new, but I didn't realise there should have been one there until I saw another Hero with it working. In short - good service. Monday - Call the support number. Booked in a UPS pickup for the next day. Tracking website details sent to my email. Wednesday - ticket updated showing "under investigation" Friday - "Your device is being returned to you." Nice. Seems the entire screen section was replaced because some coin-caused dinks to the metal are no longer there My only disappointment was I didn't get an email to tell me it was on it's way back, the ticket on the website did say this but didn't show the UPS tracking number.
