Help HTC DESIRE 510 STUCK IN BOOT

So, heres whats going on. I was using a app and my phone froze. I couldn't make the phone turn off so i had to pull the battery from the back of it. I restarted the phone and it froze on the HTC Logo screen. I've tried Fractory Restorying the phone but when I use the option the boot loader just restarts and goes back into boot and sticks on the HTC Logo screen again. I haven't rooted this phone so I don't understand what could of went wrong unless something on the Phone memory got corrupted some how. Anyone got any suggestions of what i can do to get this phone to boot into its OS? This is the BOOST Mobile variant by the way.

Boot into the bootloader and get fastboot setup. Then type fastboot getvar all. Or just let me know the Android OS version and a RUU might fix the issue.
