HTC desire 626g plus charging but not connecting to pc(phone bricked)

Hello!
My HTC desire 626g plus has been bricked. And the phone is not turning on. When I connect to my pc, it instantly disconnects and connects continuously. So I'm not able to do any further unbrick or so.
Can anyone help me in this, please!
