    Hello

Is there any ways to use HTC Desire as USB Webcam. I dont mean Live Feed to page. I think there is no way to clear this with apps, it should need software to run.

Respect to man who could make this (y)

ed: Even symbian can do this.

I've been looking into using my Desire as a webcam. Quite surprised there isn't just a built in function for this TBH.

    I've found these apps,
DroidCam Wireless Webcam - Android app on AppBrain - Haven't tested this one yet but will when I get home.
IP Webcam - Android app on AppBrain - This one seems to only have video at the moment, no audio..so more of a spycam than a webcam..but maybe I'm doing something wrong or maybe it's still in development.

The USB Webcam works, but the framerate is pretty rubbish and no sound + it can be unreliable.

Tried droidcam, couldn't get it to work. If anyone has any success with it please post and ill be sure to say thanks.

Just set up Droid cam on my phone. Worked fine for me using Windows messenger. I think it only works if the computer and phone are connected via the same router, and not on a public network.

Worked fine for me at home on my wireless router, doesn't work now (in the hotel lobby in Lisbon) over their free wifi.
