    Hi all great site
    First post and I'm looking for help :)

    My phone is stuck on the boot screen and it wont show me version-main info,it has never being rooted or S-off,its with three network Ireland and unlocked,Any advice greatly appreciated please

    Have you tried rebooting into the bootloader and either starting up from there or a factory reset?

    Yes,the factory reset does nothing for me.I put a PD file on the sd card but it came back with CID error too.

    Maybe we should try an RUU?

    @missflops

    What is your location?
    Did you get the phone from a carrier? Is the phone carrier locked? Any info on how you acquired the phone might be useful. That way we can recommend the appropriate software to use.

    Hi

    Im in Ireland and the phone was with three Network Ireland and they unlocked it for me
    when the contract was up,I then used it on O2, I'm willing to try anything failing that up on ebay it goes but hopefully not.
