Hiya
I've just bought the above phone - 2 weeks now - and for some reason the handset keeps switching itself off. When anyone tries to call me, the call goes to voicemail. When I switch phone on, soon after it just switches itself off.
Please can anyone advise whether they have had this problem, and what done be done to solve it, if at all.

Have you loaded any apps to the phone in the general time frame when that started happening? If so you might want to try deleting the app to see if this was causing your phone to shut down.

If not then it sounds like you may need to contact your phones tech support group. That's not normal behavior for a new phone...
