Anybody have a release date for O2? I heard the end of April, but not sure about this. I'm gonna try and get shot of my X10 as soon as possible! :)

I was told the Desire would be out on o2 mid April, then this moved to the 29th... rang up at the weekend and the guy said it was def 29th, but would check anyway, and to his surprise it was delayed to 10th May. I said this was one delay too many and got my PAC code.

I have just RECEIVED my HTC Desire and got it online. My package is with Orange... check this... Free handset,

I rang up o2 this morning and they said it may be available after 29th April.
o2 have lost a lot of customers cos of the desire delay.
I've already got my desire via Orange, and they gave me a great deal cos they were more then happy to take another o2 customer.

I called Orange with a few questions and also asked about the 500mb limit. The CS rep was insistent that it was 1gb. Made a note of the CS rep's name, extention and time of call.

Also double checked in an Orange store where they stated the same

My brother is on O2 and called asking about a release date, he was told "Hopefully mid-May"

Another member was told the same, but it's not true. Orange's limit is 500mb.

I'm sure if you search you can find the other members story when they posted here.
