Help HTC Desire - Outlook 2003 Calendar Reminders

Hi All,


Every time I sync my new HTC Desire to my Outlook 2003 using HTCSync V 3.0.5422, I come up with over 300 reminders on the PC which date back to almost a year ago. I've tried dismissing them in Outlook - they go away - until next time I sync.

I tried downloading the latest version of HTCSync, but that caused the whole sync process to hang - had to uninstall it and load the version that came on the phone.

Any clues would be appreciated on how I can resolve this?

I had all sort of problems with HTC Sync. Would recommend you try MyPhoneExplorer instead which is free.

Hi Steve,
I have the same problem exactly as you describe and at the same time, my calendar adds hundreds of birthday notifications at incorrect dates.
Im using HTC Desire with Froyo/HTC Sync 3.0.5481/Win7 64bit and Outlook 2003.
Anyone can help??

Yes! - ditch HTC Sync and try MyPhoneExplorer - it is free so you've nothing to lose.
