Htc desire s update problem

I had Android 2.3.3 installed. My Desire S suggested me to update it. I agreed and pressed Install. During installation it just froze on white background with HTC green logo. I waited for 3-4 hours and nothing happened. Tried to recover and reset it to factory settings, but with no success (red exclamation mark).

I entered HBOOT and it says like this:

After these lines under HBOOT disapear I get this:
