Help HTC Desire Z Menu Bar Completly stucked

Hi All,

My HTC Desire Z Menu bat completely stuck. (The panel of bar right bellow the screen with Home, Menu, Back and Search buttons). I have restart the phone several times but still problem is there.

If anybody know the answer pls. help.
