    Welcome to the Android Forums!

From the sound of it I'm guessing you need to either:

    a) Contact your wireless carrier and see if they will provide you a replacement phone under warranty

    b) Find a local business that can repair/replace the screen and speaker economically.

Personally, however, my suspicion is that it might be prudent to hook the phone to your personal computer and backup whatever you can. Your phone sound like it's just barely hanging on...

thank you kind sir i asked the store i have recently purchased the warranty and they said i need t pay a 250 dollar deposit or use a credit card for the loaner phone and to keep it mint condition for 3 to 6 weeks so hope is useless so looks like ill use the last of my money to deposit a loaner phone

If both the speaker and screen have stopped working after only 12wks then it's defective hardware and should be returned to the store for replacement.

So you are saying that since i broke my screen but i got the phone 10 weeks ago that i can just bring it into the store and get a new one?

If you caused the damage then the warranty obviously doesn't apply.
