This is my second evo 1st had the same problem so i got mad and through it against the wall biggest mistake buying it again wtf is wrong with me can some1 help i tried sound manager everything!!!!!!

Oh yea and my data speeds are capped i remember 2months ago i would get 800kpbs now its capped at 125 now even at 3am when the network isnt being overused i get 125!!!!! Dammit man
No offense but it sounds like user error.
Its going to be hard to help you with only evo wont vibrate.
What wont vibrate?
Calls? Texts? Pressing the screen? Pressing the bottom buttons? Using a keyboard?
Open up your phone dialer and dial a number. Does it vibrate there?

Nothing vibrates!!!! Not calls text the dialer when i touch it not the front buttons(home/menu nothing at all not even when u turn the phone on and it does a little mini vibrate not even that
Did it work when you got it?
Under settings - sound - you have vibrate feedback for incoming calls and messages checked. And haptic feedback checked?
Are you using any apps for messaging from the market?
If that fails try a factory reset.
If that fails take it back or call sprint. The phone has a 1 year manufacturer warranty and the evolution hasn't been out for a year yet so it should be covered.
Sprint also does repairs for like 35$ if you don't have insurance.
