Welcome aboard. Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your phone.

Let's do a quick test: If you can watch the video below then there's nothing wrong with your phone. It just might have been a little glitch - which can be easily fix by turning the device off and on.

    Video: Jerry Springer.

If your still having problems, then you should "uninstall/reinstall updates" from the Adobe Flash Player application inside settings - applications - storage use.

    Good luck.

Also, if you're using the default browser, hit the menu button and make sure enable flash is checked

Oridus is correct, it doesn't seem to be enabled by default. Follow the method described

I am also having issues with flash....I am using Chrome Browser!...When I go to settings through Flash App and select Chrome Browser I get no options for settings but I do with Native Browser which seems fine.

Just open the browser and hit menu, there's an option to enable flash. :)

This might be completely unrelated as I'm running a custom ROM, but I noticed the other day that certain websites (specifically BBC iPlayer and 4OD wouldn't work), whilst others would. It kept saying that I needed to download Flash Player even though I already had Flash 11. The way I sorted it out in the end was to uninstall Flash Player and reinstall an earlier version. It still wouldn't work and told me to upgrade, which I did, admittedly without much hope, and funnily enough it worked! I'm not sure if the installation of the earlier version was exactly necessary but there we are.
