htc hero problem!

Hello there,

I hav recently got myself an HTC hero but can't seem to update the firmware so I'm stuck with the 1.5 firmware atm and haven't yet received any notification that was promised. Plz help!

It's something you have to download from the Sprint or HTC site then unzip and run the Ruu program. Also you can just take it up to a Sprint store and have them do it.

The 2.1 upgrade cannot be update through OTA on your phone, you will need to download the file to your desktop and then flash your from from the PC
