Root HTC Incredible 2 Android 4.0 Rom or above

I Have an htc incredible 2 and I have been searching with no luck for an android 4.0 or newer rom. I found many forums but all the download links for the roms are blank or files were deleted.

I want to be able to use apps like Clash of Clans and newer apps that only work with 4.0 or above.

My question is, Is there a way either get android 4.0 or newer on my Incredible 2 or some way to get apps like Clash of Clans on my incredible 2 like maybe faking google play to think I have android 4.0 device.

I would appreciate any help possible.

You're in luck as their is a way to fake Google Play into believing you're on a higher Android version. Google it. "how to fool Google Play to let me see all apps"
