Help HTC Incredible 2

My HTC Incredible 2 keeps reverting back to vibration feedback for calls and notifications. I have unchecked this box numerous times, I go back to settings and the box is checked again. I have had to have my incredible 2 replaced 5-6 times already, it was typically lasting about 6 months in between filing a warranty claim on it, this time they sent me a brand new one instead of a refurbished one and now this is happening with the new one, had it for 9 months. Any ideas?
