Help HTC Incredible S - Not linking incoming calls to People list - caller UNKNOWN

My HTC Incredible S.receives incoming calls from UNKNOWN callers even though they are in my People's list. When it goes to message bank or I receive an SMS it shows the caller's name, just not working with incoming calls?? Any ideas?

Maybe try removing characters like dash or space from the phone numbers in the contact list. I remember similar issues in my last Hero.
