You need to give us more info, have you rooted, flashed a custom ROM, flashed a firmware?

If I've read that correctly, you've wiped your /system partition, this is where the ROM is stored. It's not bricked, your phone just doesn't have anything to boot into.

You'll need an RUU (never done this before so can't help sorry) or a custom recovery and a custom ROM.

In future, unless you're changing ROM, you only need to wipe cache and dalvik cache.

as long as you can get into recovery then all is not lost. you need to find a custom rom or even a stock rooted rom and everything should be fine. did you make a nandroid backup? you should always do this before wiping anything. nandroid backups are your friend
