Help HTC M8 STUCK in "Android is starting..." PLS Help

my HTC M8 is stuck in "Android is starting..." mode and it doesn't go further. I hope you can help me. I uploaded two photos. I hope they help. Thanks.

Factory reset, then reboot

Already tried, doesn't work sadly.

Unlock the bootloader and it will factory reset.
