Help HTC market apps update trouble :(

There's a weird problem in my new HTC Wildfire(V 2.2.1)
I cant seem to update apps from the market. The app downloads but it then shows a triangular shaped error mesage saying app couldn be installed on phone or SD card. Wat does tat mean?? I hav got hell lot of space both on my phone and SD card..

Please help me fix this :'(
