Help HTC One M8 stuck on bootloader

Sorry for upcoming mistakes, english is not my first. language, thanks for understanding!. Ok, so my HTC One M8 got dropped in the toilet. Didn't work the first day. Next day, after i dried most of what is inside it boots up but only in bootloader. The thing is, nothing works, just my up-volume button. That's it, not even the power button. When i plug a charger into the phone, it correctly shows how much battery i have and that the phone is charging. I uploaded a photo of the screen so you guys can see how it looks... Again, i can't do anything here, only the up-volume button works. Is the phone completly dead or do i still got a chance to recover it? Thanks in advance!
