Hi, so I've bee having alot of trouble getting connected to Google's server, this all started when I removed my account (trying to fix the unprecedented no connection issue) below is a list of things I have already tried please read all

Removed freedom (couldn't find the odex file phonesky though)
Cleared cache and data for all google apps
Downloaded apk files for services and play from aptoide
Factory reset my phone (HUGE MISTAKE)
    Removed the root
Reset Wi-Fi and data then reset phone on airplane
Dns and all set correctly to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
I have no clue why my phone won't connect to google servers I know I didn't get caught hacking because I can still log into their browser site with my account and my device is known to google and on the list of my devices. Anything you guys can think of would be awesome! Oh and I also removed freedoms odex files with lucky patched but as with everything I've tried it hasn't fixed the issue, I just really want to get back to gaming at this point

What a mess. Only thing I can guess is try to return to stock. Factory reset didn't help because you removed applications from the system partition. I'm surprised your phone still turns on after all that.
You have to find the appropriate RUU, and flash it from Fastboot.

You seem to be rooted, so try installing a clean custom ROM. That will overwrite your current ROM, including any mess left by these dodgy apps you've been using.

An RUU is a HTC firmware flashing package, used to completely reflash the phone to stock. I'd never advise rooting without knowing about these, as they are your final resort for fixing the phone. You need to find on for your model, OS version, carrier, and relock the bootloader before you can use it. But I think a ROM flash should do for this.

Please note that because of their uses for app piracy and purchase bypassing nobody will offer support here for Freedom or Lucky Patcher, as both violate the forum rules (and hence support for them would too). But right now a clean ROM would be the best starting point, since we've no way of telling what is messed up in your current one.

My phone is a developers version I'm not entirely sure if I can relock the boot loader as I bought the phone second hand

I wouldn't think that relocking would be a problem, but I see that you are already running a custom ROM. So if you find the same ROM zip (which I'd guess you could find in the M8 forums at xda-developers) you can just flash that again from recovery (as you have a custom ROM I assume you have a custom recovery). That plus a factory reset should give you a clean system.

I would remove the second screenshot if I were you though: it's usually best not to publish information like the IMEI on the web.
