Hi, Newbie Alert!

I recently tried to unlock/root my new HTC and I have clearly done something wrong!
A brief run down goes like this:
*unlocked bootloader
*Installed TWRP and rooted with Superuser SU
*Then I got a bit cocky and thought i'd flash a ROM (this is where it went downhill)
*Attempted to install (through TWRP) Cyanogen (without GAPPS) and failed.
*Then.....Wait for it! I thought, I know... i'll just hit 'factory reset' (within TWRP) and my phone should magically restore the OS (I just completely wiped)!!!
*The result... No OS, No Recovery and No blinking idea what to do... please help.

Please find below information about my phone ... if you need more info, please let me know

What guide or instructions did you follow? Post links if possible.

Few questions, is the version of TWRP you flashed compatible with the M8s?

Was the CM Rom also for an M8s?

I'm not familiar with this model though, but the model id is different so possibly might point to different hardware and/or partition layouts.

Hmm, since there isn't an M8s development forum on xda, or a forum on here either for the phone, you might find fixing this difficult to sort. You're first step should be to search for a stock TWRP backup for your specific model.
