HTC One ME dual Sim does not connects with PC

HI everyone
I am using HTC One ME dual sim
runns on Android 5.0.02 and HTC Sense 7.0

It doest not recognises usb cable connection with PC and starts charging the device
No notification appears in the task bar for mode selection etc.

Kindly guide usefull tips for solution please.

Try another USB cable. Also be aware that some cheapo cables might not be fully wired and are charge only.
