My HTC One S froze last night and so I did a hard reset using the power and volume buttons but it didn't seem to help at all. It is still frozen. The little lights don't light up when plugged in. i tried calling it and it did show a call coming in but i wasn't able to answer it because of the frozen state. Please help!
