Root HTC releases tool to unlock bootloaders

HTC has released a tool to unlock the bootloader in some of its Android devices, the company announced today. Just curious if this will have a trickle down effect to those of us with the Wildfire S (S-off).

Its not listed in the article as a compatible device yet, but it seems there may be working to include all their phones from 2011.

well from what I've heard, they'll only be unlocking phones released in September 2011 or later...

I dont know when the wildfire s was released so idk.
