HTC search option

Hi guys,
Loving the new gingerbread update but it has caused one problem for me. Before the update the magnifying glass search button was an awesome feature allowing me to search my whole phone for basically anything; but now it only searches either using google, web or for apps. Any ideas how to get it to go back to its original usage?

Hi,

If you press the search button then menu, it gives you a search settings option. In there there is a setting for searchable items, so jut tick the ones you want to be able to search for.

Yes this does the trick but you will need to put a Wikipedia app on.
